Waiver & Liability
Tennis, pickleball, and other sporting activities involve physical exertion and inherent risks. These risks may include slips, falls, collisions, contact with equipment or other players, muscle strains, impact injuries, weather exposure, and other risks normally associated with sporting activity.
By entering the Racket & Dink facility or participating in activities on our courts, you acknowledge these inherent risks.

Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for assessing their own ability to safely participate.
You should not participate if you have a medical condition, injury, illness, or other circumstance that may make physical activity unsafe.
Where appropriate, participants should seek advice from a qualified medical professional before taking part.
Assumption of Risk
By choosing to participate, you voluntarily accept the risks ordinarily associated with tennis, pickleball, exercise, and use of sporting facilities.
You are responsible for playing within your ability and following applicable safety instructions, court rules, and staff directions.
Court and Facility Conditions
Participants should inspect the immediate playing area before starting and notify staff if they notice hazards, damaged equipment, wet surfaces, or unsafe conditions.
Do not continue playing where conditions appear unsafe.
Equipment
Participants are responsible for using rackets, paddles, balls, footwear, and other equipment appropriately.
Rented equipment should be inspected before use and returned in accordance with our rental terms.
Racket & Dink does not guarantee that any particular equipment will be suitable for every player.
Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal property while visiting Racket & Dink.
To the extent permitted by law, Racket & Dink is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items unless the loss results from circumstances for which liability cannot legally be excluded.
Minors
Children and minors must be supervised as required by our venue rules.
A parent or legal guardian may be required to provide consent before a minor participates in court activities.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors understand and comply with venue and safety rules.
Guests and Groups
The person organizing a group booking is responsible for communicating relevant facility rules and safety information to members of their group.
Each participant remains individually responsible for their conduct and participation.
Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participants accept the ordinary and inherent risks associated with participating in sporting activities at Racket & Dink.
Racket & Dink, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting solely from risks inherent in participation or from a participant's failure to follow safety instructions.
Nothing in this waiver excludes or limits liability for negligence, personal injury, fraud, or any other liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Compliance With Facility Rules
Racket & Dink may refuse or end participation where a customer disregards safety instructions, behaves dangerously, misuses equipment, interferes with other players, or creates an unreasonable risk.
Acceptance
By using our courts or participating in activities at Racket & Dink, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the risks described above and agree to comply with applicable facility rules and policies.
Where additional written consent or a signed waiver is legally required, this website notice does not replace that requirement.
