By using this website, contacting us to make a reservation, or using our courts and facilities, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional policies that may apply.

We aim to keep information about courts, opening hours, pricing, availability, facilities, and services accurate and up to date.
However, information displayed on the website is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice.
Court availability shown on the website should not be considered real-time or guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by our staff.
Court Reservations
Reservations may be requested by phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, or directly at our facility.
A reservation request is not confirmed until Racket & Dink has expressly confirmed the court, date, time, and applicable rate.
Submitting a message or contacting us does not by itself create a confirmed reservation.
Walk-in bookings are welcome but remain subject to court availability.
Pricing
Court rates may vary depending on the sport, court type, indoor or outdoor location, time of day, weekday, weekend, or holiday period.
Unless otherwise stated, court prices are charged per court, per hour.
Current rates will be confirmed at the time of reservation.
Racket & Dink may update pricing, promotional offers, monthly rates, and other charges from time to time.
Monthly Court Bookings
Recurring monthly court reservations may be available for players, groups, clubs, and coaches.
Monthly bookings may qualify for preferred rates compared with standard hourly reservations.
Availability, pricing, payment terms, rescheduling rights, and cancellation conditions for monthly reservations may differ from standard bookings and will be confirmed separately.
Equipment Rental and Additional Purchases
Court fees do not include equipment rentals, apparel, gear, snacks, beverages, or other optional products unless expressly stated.
These items are charged separately.
Rental equipment is subject to availability and must be returned at the end of the agreed rental period.
Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of rented equipment. Racket & Dink may charge the reasonable replacement or repair cost for equipment that is lost or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
Apparel, snacks, drinks, balls, and other consumable or retail products are treated as separate purchases and may be subject to additional return or refund conditions.
Facility Use
Guests must use courts, equipment, changing areas, parking areas, and other facilities responsibly and follow reasonable instructions from staff.
Behavior that is unsafe, abusive, disruptive, unlawful, or likely to damage property may result in removal from the premises without refund where appropriate.
Players should wear suitable footwear and use equipment appropriate for the relevant sport.
Opening Hours
Opening hours shown on our website may change due to holidays, maintenance, private events, severe weather, operational requirements, or other circumstances.
Where possible, we will communicate significant changes to affected customers.
Outdoor Courts and Weather
Outdoor court availability may be affected by rain, extreme temperatures, unsafe playing conditions, or other weather-related circumstances.
Racket & Dink may close, delay, or relocate a session where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
Applicable rescheduling or credit arrangements will be handled in accordance with our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content including text, graphics, branding, photographs, illustrations, layouts, and other materials belongs to Racket & Dink or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit website content without permission.
Third-Party Services
Our website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Messenger, maps, social media platforms, or external websites.
We are not responsible for the availability, security, content, or practices of third-party services.
Disclaimer
Participation in tennis, pickleball, and other sporting activities involves inherent physical risks.
Customers are responsible for deciding whether they are physically able to participate and should seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
Use of our facility is also subject to our Waiver & Liability terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Racket & Dink will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the website or facility.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
