Booking & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how court reservations, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, monthly bookings, and equipment rentals are handled at Racket & Dink.

How to Reserve a Court
Courts may be reserved by:
Phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, or directly at Racket & Dink.
Walk-ins are also welcome and are accommodated subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after our team confirms your selected court, date, time, and applicable price.
Messages or enquiries sent to us should not be treated as confirmed reservations until you receive confirmation from Racket & Dink.
Court Rates
Rates may vary depending on sport, indoor or outdoor court type, time of day, weekday, weekend, or holiday.
Unless otherwise stated, all court rates are charged per court, per hour.
Equipment rentals, gear, apparel, snacks, beverages, and other additional items are charged separately.
Cancellations
Standard court reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty when notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation may be subject to the full court fee or may not qualify for a refund or credit.
Failure to attend a confirmed reservation without notice may be treated as a no-show and charged in full.
Rescheduling
Requests to change a reservation are subject to court availability.
Where sufficient notice is provided, we will make reasonable efforts to move the booking to another available date or time.
Repeated rescheduling may be subject to additional restrictions.
Late Arrivals
Court reservations begin and end at the confirmed times.
Arriving late does not automatically extend the reservation.
If another booking follows your session, your court must still be vacated at the scheduled end time.
We recommend arriving early enough to check in and prepare before your session begins.
Extended Play
Players wishing to continue beyond their booked session should contact staff before the scheduled end time.
Additional court time is subject to availability and will be charged at the applicable rate.
Monthly Bookings
Monthly bookings are available for customers who want a recurring court time.
Customers with eligible monthly arrangements may receive preferred rates compared with standard hourly bookings.
Monthly arrangements may have separate cancellation, rescheduling, payment, and renewal conditions. These terms will be provided when the monthly booking is arranged.
A recurring time slot is not guaranteed beyond the agreed booking period unless renewed and confirmed.
Equipment Rental
Equipment such as rackets or paddles may be available to rent separately from the court booking.
Rental availability is not guaranteed and may vary by session.
Rental equipment must be returned promptly at the end of the session.
Customers may be responsible for repair or replacement costs where rented equipment is lost or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
Apparel, Balls, Snacks and Drinks
Apparel, balls, accessories, snacks, beverages, and other retail products are not included in the court rate unless specifically stated.
All such purchases are charged separately.
Weather and Outdoor Court Closures
Outdoor courts may be temporarily unavailable because of rain, unsafe surfaces, extreme weather, maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where Racket & Dink cancels an outdoor reservation because the court cannot safely be used, we may offer an alternative court, rescheduled session, account credit, or refund where appropriate.
Availability of indoor replacement courts cannot be guaranteed.
Facility Closures
In unusual circumstances, Racket & Dink may need to cancel or modify a booking because of maintenance, emergencies, private events, safety concerns, or operational requirements.
If we cancel a confirmed reservation, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative time, credit, or appropriate refund.
Group and Coach Bookings
Bookings involving larger groups, coaching sessions, events, tournaments, or commercial use may be subject to separate arrangements and rates.
Please contact us before booking if you intend to use a court for organized coaching, an event, or another commercial activity.
